The quests are as follows: * “A Challenging Rescue,” which requires you to complete all of the crystal-gathering and star fragment-collecting quests in each area, as well as have at least three Stamina Apples * “Baker’s Assistant,” which requires you to hit friendship rank 17 with Hello Kitty * “Stargazing,” which requires the above quests to be completed * “Icy Recovery,” which requires you to hit friendship rank one with Lala Once you do these and you’re on Cloud Island, you’ll just need to reach friendship level two with Lala to unlock the quest “Sweets in the Stars” and then the machine.
